Clancy Ng founded Hi-Tech Car-Care Supplier on 6th December 1993 to supply and distribute Carlz® Lubricant Oil. The desire for technical innovation coupled with his commitment to technology and the strong belief that consumers prefer superior high performance lubricant oil products, drove Clancy Ng to mould the business into Hi-Tech Car-Care Marketing Sdn Bhd (HTCCM) on 21st April 2000.
